Though we may spend an inordinate amount of time blocking out the incessant stream of commercial messages which assault our daily lives we may also miss the teaching potential some of these advertisements offer. Each is a tiny saga; a strong storyline stuffed with cultural icons. They are designed to grab and hold even the weariest of attention spans.
